Acceptable Use Policy

Apex is sold as individual access for reading, analysing and learning. The rules below all follow from one thing: use the Service the way a user uses it, not as a source to extract from, resell, or build another product on top of.

You may not:

• use crawlers, robots, scripts or other automated tools to access the Service, except through an application programming interface (API) we provide and in accordance with its terms;
• systematically or bulk-extract the Service’s contents, including prices, fundamental data, rankings, study material and analytical output;
• mirror, archive, or build a database from the Service’s contents;
• bypass or work around rate limits, concurrency limits, credit walls, or other access controls;
• use multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts in other people’s names to enlarge the quota available to you.

Rate limits and concurrency limits attach to the plan you use and are shown on the pricing page. They are not suggestions.

• You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Service’s data or output to third parties, whether for payment or not.
• You may not make the Service available to others as your own service, including through bots, paid channels, or subscription groups.
• You may not use the Service’s contents to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models.
• Some market data we display is licensed to us under terms that bind us. Redistributing it breaches that licence, and we pass the consequences on to whoever does it.

Quoting a small extract with attribution for discussion, journalism or teaching is not prohibited by this section. Copying a full screen every day into another channel is redistribution, not quotation.

• The signup credit grant is once per person, not once per email address. Creating repeat accounts to collect it more than once is a breach.
• Using disposable email addresses, virtual numbers, or false identities to create accounts is a breach.
• Creating fake accounts to earn referral rewards, or cross-referring between accounts controlled by the same person, is a breach.
• Credits obtained by any of the above may be reclaimed, and the accounts involved suspended or closed with no refund.

You may not use the Service to:

• spread information you know to be misleading about a security, or take part in an effort to move a price improperly (including "pump and dump" schemes);
• use or spread material non-public inside information;
• offer paid investment advisory services without the required licence, or present yourself as holding a licence you do not have;
• claim to represent Apex, or state that Apex endorses your opinions or products;
• upload content that infringes others’ rights, is unlawful, or is hateful, harassing or threatening;
• send spam, unsolicited promotion, or fraudulent links to other users;
• upload malicious software, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or breach the security of the Service.

Do not test the security of the Service without our written permission. If you find a vulnerability accidentally, report it to [email protected] and do not exploit it, do not access other users’ data, and do not disclose it before we have had a chance to fix it. We will not take action over a good-faith report that follows these terms.

Depending on the seriousness and repetition of a breach we may: warn you; lower your rate limits; remove content; reclaim improperly obtained credits; suspend the account; or close it. For non-serious breaches we give notice and an opportunity to remedy first. For fraud, payment system abuse and unlawful activity, suspension may be immediate.

Closure for a breach forfeits any remaining credit balance, as set out in the Terms of Service. You may appeal an enforcement decision by writing to [email protected].
